Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse facility and ensuring smooth and accurate administrative, logistics, and inventory processes.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for the warehouse facility
- Prepare weekly operational reports and summarize key data for management
- Draft business letters and internal documents as needed
- Maintain up-to-date data in internal systems and databases
- Organize and track meetings and schedules for the management team
Inbound & Outbound Operations
- Manage receiving and shipping activities
- Prepare shipping documentation and process outbound orders
- Communicate with transportation carriers and schedule pick-ups
Inventory Management
- Conduct regular stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management System
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Solid math skills for data analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- College/University degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in inventory tracking and shipping/receiving documentation
- Effective communication with internal teams and external clients
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
