Sales Office Manager
The Sales Office Manager is a pivotal role within the Sales & Marketing department, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative functions. This position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 gross annually, based on previous experience and education
Job Duties Include:
- Sales & Marketing expense management, including invoice and expense report processing and tracking, daily internal account review, and monthly accruals
- Review forecast and analyze variances
- Month-end financial assessment and analysis
- Assist with Sales & Marketing budget creation
- Administrative support for the Director of Sales & Marketing, and Director of Group Sales
- Organize VIP stays, including upgrades and amenities
- Onboarding of new colleagues
- Office administration duties, including office supplies and mail
- Create Event Orders for Sales & Marketing events
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals, including matching, realization, and accruals
- In-depth understanding of MS Excel
