VP Finance & Investor Relations - Cross-Border

NanoXplore, based in Montréal, seeks a senior financial leader to serve as CFO's designate for a public company operating in Canada and the U.S. You will safeguard financial reporting, lead capital markets activity, and partner with the executive team and Audit Committee.
This is a strategic, hands-on role that sits close to operations and margins, drives cash flow, governance, and strategic M&A initiatives, and ensures compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and TSX/SEC.
