- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for optimization
- Over 7 years in collections strategy or risk decisioning
- Hands-on experience with decision engines like FICO
- Strong expertise in analytics and SQL or SAS
- Proven ability in strategy design and testing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
