AtkinsRéalis, Oshawa, ON, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead people strategies for project leadership teams and to collaborate with business leaders to align capabilities with our strategic goals.
You will provide coaching and build trusted relationships across functions, while advising on performance, recruitment, compensation and change management. The role supports an inclusive culture across Canada in a hybrid work environment.
