Valuation and Due Diligence Specialist

Become a key player in valuation strategies as a Valuation Analyst. Focus on creating sophisticated financial models and conducting rigorous due diligence in a supportive remote setting. You will specialize in building advanced valuation frameworks, integrated financial models, and detailed analyses across various transactions. Managing high-complexity projects independently, you will present concise findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in assessing unit economics and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Create diverse valuation models including sale-leaseback frameworks
- Develop integrated financial and cash flow models
- Oversee transaction modeling for spin-offs and mergers
- Analyze unit economics and industry trends
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders effectively
- Significant experience in corporate development or private equity
- Deep expertise in valuation methodologies
- Experience with transaction modeling and analysis
- Strong advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication capabilities
