Muscle & Spine is a busy, well-established, MSK-focused clinic located in downtown Collingwood next to Blue Mountain. We're looking for an organized, punctual and outgoing Practice Assistant to join our team and help keep our clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Do Here

Front Desk and Customer Service

• Greet and engage patients warmly, handling requests and concerns with empathy
• Keep patients on time for their appointments and uphold the cancellation policy

Booking and Billing

• Book and manage appointments and practitioner schedules
• Bill and invoice patients and reconcile at end of day
• Assisting practitioners with their administrative duties to keep patient flow smooth so practitioners stay on time

Communication and Marketing

• Communicating with patients through calls, emails, texts and messages promptly across platforms
• Implementing and managing marketing strategies
• Engage on our social media

Systems and Team

• Follow our standard operating procedures and clinical frameworks
• Track daily appointment changes and keep practitioners informed
• Attend daily and weekly team meetings prepared and on time
• Complete in-person and self-directed training

Please note, all processes are already systemized and you will be stepping into a role with clear direction, training and support.

• $22/hour plus 4% vacation pay, paid each pay period
• Two weeks paid vacation, coordinated with clinic closures

Schedule

• Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, year-round including school breaks
• Average of 40 hours per week
• Arrive by 8:30am and finish at 5:30pm (Fridays end at 4:30pm), one-hour lunch
• Vacation, holidays and time off are coordinated around our clinic closures and not on an individual basis.
