Customer Experience Specialist at Melo Technology

Elevate client support with Melo Technology as a Customer Experience & Technology Support Specialist in a fully remote role. Focus on troubleshooting technology issues while enhancing the customer experience every day. Melo Technology, a leader in telecom and AI solutions, is looking for a dedicated specialist who combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills. In this full-time position, you'll handle a variety of technology support requests, from VoIP phones to cloud services and AI assistants. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction and helping clients navigate our innovative services. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails
Diagnose and resolve technical support issues
Onboard clients with VoIP and AI services
Conduct training sessions for new users
Collaborate on technology rollouts and projects

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
Solid understanding of VoIP and cloud technologies
At least 1 year of technical support experience
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
