Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Leading Manufacturing Group Inc. group of companies is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and communications efforts of Sandborn Roofs & Seals Inc., Leading Manufacturing Group Inc. (LMG), Heater Sales & Service, and Ignite Manufacturing Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining the online presence of all four companies, creating engaging content, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping promote the people, products, services, and accomplishments of each organization.

This position will work closely with the Owner, Executive Assistant, and General Managers to identify company updates, projects, events, milestones, and other opportunities that can be shared across the companies' marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

● Create engaging social media content for all four companies, including photos, videos, graphics, and written content.

● Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other applicable platforms.

● Attend internal events, external events, and industry tradeshows to capture photos, videos, and other marketing content.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date company information, contact details, branding, and content across all social media and online platforms.

● Monitor social media inquiries and leads, ensuring relevant opportunities are promptly passed along to the appropriate individuals.

● Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices and incorporate relevant trends into company content.

● Track and report social media performance, including follower growth, engagement, reach, and other relevant statistics.

● Build and maintain marketing email databases and create and distribute marketing emails and newsletters to the appropriate audiences.

● Assist with the creation of print and digital marketing materials, promotional content, company announcements, and other marketing initiatives.

● Work closely with the Owner, Executive Assistant, and General Managers to identify company updates, projects, accomplishments, employee highlights, and other opportunities for marketing content.

● Assist the Executive Assistant with planning and coordinating internal company events, including golf tournaments, Christmas parties, staff appreciation events, and other company functions.

● Maintain organized marketing files and digital assets while following all company privacy, confidentiality, and branding guidelines.

● Keep company websites up-to-date with any changes to products or services offered.

● Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Grade 12 diploma minimum.

Secondary education in marketing or a related field.

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
