Bilingual Seasonal Associate / Student / Coop Position

Responsibilities

• Execute routine administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
• Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics to support team operations
• Maintain organized records, files, and trackers for accurate documentation
• Route messages, emails, and mail to appropriate recipients in timely manner
• Review completed work for accuracy before submission and escalate discrepancies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than 2 years experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or patient services
• Bilingual proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage records and documentation accurately
