Project Management Office Senior Manager
Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA)
FSRA seeks a Senior Manager for the Project Management Office to oversee key initiatives in Ontario. Your expertise in project management will be pivotal for guiding financial regulation and supporting operational strategies. In this leadership role at FSRA, you will manage diverse project initiatives while aligning them with organizational objectives. Your proven skills will enhance strategy execution and operational excellence across regulated areas. The position involves substantial oversight of project delivery, program management, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage centralized project planning and resource tracking
- Support leadership in strategic program execution
- Deliver operational plans and ensure regulatory compliance
- Advise on project prioritization and reporting requirements
- Champion project management standards and best practices
- Degree in Business Administration or Public Policy
- 6-8 years in project management, preferably in a large organization
- PMP certification or relevant qualifications preferred
- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects
- Knowledge of public sector governance is an asset
