Lead strategic project management for senior housing developments

Evaluate development and repositioning opportunities in Canada
Oversee zoning, permitting, and project budget management
Mentor project managers and enhance construction methodologies

Requirements:

10+ years in real estate development and construction management
Proven budget management on projects over $50M
Expertise in Canadian senior housing markets
Strong understanding of development lifecycle and methodologies
Proficiency in construction management software
