Job Description: Role: ISU Techno Functional

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Calgary AB- Hybrid 3 days per week in office

Experience Required

810 years of experience in SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management.

Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing Device Management (DM) and utility industry processes.

Experience in Project Management and Team Management.

Role Description

The ISU Techno Functional Consultant will provide operational and application support for SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management processes ensuring efficient Meter-to-Cash operations. The role will be responsible for incident resolution configuration testing functional design process improvements and supporting integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and resolve day-to-day incidents billing exceptions and defects to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations.

2. Provide operational support by addressing issues related to:

- Billing exceptions

- Device installation and removal

- Meter readings

- Device Management (DM) integration defects

incidents and support operations related to data exchange (IDEX) processes including IDoc processing.

4. Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates for:

- Billing

- Device Management (DM)

functional specifications for WRICEF objects including:

- Billing reports

- Device Management workflows

- Microsoft Fabric pipelines

- Unit Testing

- Integration Testing

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Ensure end-to-end validation across integrated systems.

7. Identify and recommend process improvement and automation opportunities utilizing Microsoft Fabric capabilities including:

- Dataflows

- Pipelines

- Lakehouse

- Power BI Embedded Analytics
