We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team, looking to add a Digital content coordinator to our team.

This is a permanent, full-time position in LaSalle (Montreal).
Role & Responsibilities
The digital content manager would be responsible for:
Plan, create and publish original text, image and videos across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc) to enhance brand and product awareness
Prepare content calendar for regular social media & blog posts
Organize photo and video shoots
Integrate new trends, viral moments and memes to create current content
Optimize website content for search engines and lead generation
Writing creative and engaging copy for various media forms
Strategize and implement website content and new ideas
Assist with digital ad management (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and/or social media campaigns as needed
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Liaison regularly with external providers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
Review and analyze website and social media metrics to identify and strategize areas of improvement and growth
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and optimization opportunities
Execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies, including keyword research, meta tag improvements, internal linking, and external outreach to enhance search visibility.
Prepare and present regular updates on strategy progress, including:
Bi-weekly meetings to review ongoing deliverables.
Monthly and quarterly reports summarizing campaign performance.
Bi-annual business review presentations highlighting key results and recommendations.
Required Skills
2-5 years of similar experience
Bilingual (French & English)
Strong written communication skills
Knowledge in video and image editing an asset
Knowledge with CMS platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce
Knowledge in technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page optimization
Knowledge in SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Excel

Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein à LaSalle (Montréal).
Rôle et responsabilités
Le gestionnaire de contenu numérique serait responsable de :
Planifier, créer et publier des textes, images et vidéos originaux sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) afin d'améliorer la visibilité de la société et des produits.
Préparer un calendrier de contenu pour des publications régulières sur les médias sociaux et le site web.
Organiser des séances de photos et de vidéos
Intégrer les nouvelles tendances, les moments viraux et les mèmes pour créer du contenu actuel
Optimiser le contenu du site web pour les moteurs de recherche et la génération de leads
Rédiger des textes créatifs et attrayants pour différentes formes de médias
Élaborer des stratégies et mettre en uvre le contenu du site web et les nouvelles idées
Aider à la gestion des publicités numériques (par exemple, Google Ads, Meta Ads) et/ou aux campagnes de médias sociaux, le cas échéant
Suivre les performances à l'aide d'outils tels que Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Assurer une liaison régulière avec les fournisseurs externes afin de garantir la mise en ouvre des meilleures pratiques en matière de référencement.
Examiner et analyser les indicateurs du site web et des médias sociaux afin d'identifier les possibilités d'amélioration et de croissance et d'élaborer des stratégies à cet égard.
Exécuter des stratégies d'optimisation sur-page et hors-page, y compris la recherche des mots clés, l'amélioration des balises-méta, l'établissement des liens internes et la sensibilisation externe afin d'améliorer la visibilité dans les moteurs de recherche
Préparer et présenter des mises à jour régulières sur les progrès de la stratégie, y compris :
o Réunion bimensuelle pour examiner les résultats en cours.
o Rapports mensuels et trimestriels résumant les performances de la campagne.
o Présentations semestrielles d'évaluation de l'entreprise mettant en évidence les résultats clés et les recommandations.
Compétences requises
2 à 5 ans d'expérience comparable
Bilingue (français et anglais)
Excellent communicateur, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
Des connaissances en matière de montage vidéo et d'édition d'images sont un atout
Connaissance des plateformes CMS come WordPress et WooCommerce
Connaissance du SEO technique, du SEO local et de l'optimisation sur-page
Connaissance de SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console et Excel
