Sales Account Manager Saskatchewan & Manitoba - Smart Care

Sales Account Manager position selling Stryker's Smart Care solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The role involves building customer relationships, closing sales opportunities, and managing territory strategy in a field-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Smart Care platform products to hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory sales strategy to progress deals through sales cycle
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers to support deal closure
- Conduct solution-focused presentations coordinating internal team involvement
Requirements
- University degree required
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 50% including ground and air travel
- Experience in sales, IT, or healthcare preferred
- Proficiency managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Compensation: $96,000 salary plus commission and benefits eligible
