Sales Representative - Sustainability Solutions - Saskatchewan

Stryker seeks a sales representative for its Sustainability Solutions division in Saskatchewan to drive revenue through collection of used medical devices and sales of reprocessed alternatives. The role involves developing customer relationships, executing sales plans, and demonstrating cost savings to healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans and campaigns to generate revenue from reprocessed medical device sales
- Educate healthcare facility staff on Stryker Sustainability Solutions recycling program benefits
- Develop customized action plans for customer reprocessing and device return
- Conduct savings audits and present cost projections to demonstrate financial and environmental benefits
- Coordinate routine collection and shipment of recyclable single-use devices from customer accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel by ground and air, approximately 50% of the time
Compensation: $70,000 salary plus variable commission and benefits
