- Manoeuvrer l'équipement se trouvant dans la salle de contrôle de sécurité
- Faire des rondes dans les secteurs dévolus
- Prévenir et déceler le vol à l'étalage et le vol dans les établissements de vente au détail
- Formation sur le recours à la force
- Certificat d'un cours sur la police et la sécurité
- Permis d'agent/agente de sécurité
- Formation des serveurs/serveuses «Smart Serve»
- Enquête sur les vols
- Préparation de rapports d'information (preuve)
- Prévention du vol à l'étalage
- Possède un véhicule
