Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. Working from home, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that daily administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Organise and maintain digital files and databases to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Provide general administrative support across various departments as required.
- Assist with the coordination of virtual team events and projects.
- Conduct research and compile information for various business initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience working within a technology or financial services company is advantageous but not essential.
