Toronto Home Child Care Provider Role
AMITO FAMILY
Join AMITO FAMILY as a Home Child Care Provider in Toronto, Ontario, focusing on child care and household management. This full-time position offers a nurturing environment for children. In this permanent role, you will work 30-40 hours per week, ensuring children's safety and development in the family's home. You will take responsibility for everyday tasks in the parents' absence, including light housekeeping and meal preparation. Your initiative and judgment will help foster a supportive atmosphere for the children's emotional and social growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize engaging games and outings for kids
- Prepare and serve healthy meals for children
- Instruct children on personal hygiene and social behavior
- Supervise and care for children while ensuring their well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent experience
- Child care background is beneficial
- A valid criminal record check is mandatory
- Ability to manage weights up to 20 lbs
- Reliability and strong time management skills
