Customer Success Manager at CDW

Elevate customer engagements as a Customer Success Manager with CDW. This role focuses on driving cloud solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives and direct support. As a Customer Success Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Hyperscale Cloud Services to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients. Your primary goals are to drive adoption, help customers meet critical outcomes, and work collaboratively with sales, solutions, and services teams. You will also utilize AI tools to craft strategic success plans tailored to each customer's unique journey. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain robust relationships with customers
Drive cloud service adoption through strategic programs
Engage with customer executives to measure impact
Create success plans identifying stakeholders and metrics
Act as the Voice of the Customer for feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
At least two years in a technical pre-sales role
Experience in AWS, Microsoft, or GCP services
Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
