This newly created role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while supporting strategic planning, operational decision-making, pricing, forecasting, manufacturing performance, and business growth initiatives.

This is more than a traditional FP&A role. You'll act as a key business partner across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales, helping leadership make better decisions through data, analysis, and financial insight. What You'll Be Doing
Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Develop financial models that support business planning and decision-making
Build dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility across the organization
Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to analyze productivity, capacity, costing, inventory, and operational performance
Support demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics
Analyze customer, channel, product, and regional performance
