Beauty Brand Director Vaughan

Lead beauty brand strategy in Vaughan through consumer insight, innovation, and commercial performance. This permanent role combines onsite leadership with one remote day weekly.
As Brand Director, you will own an established beauty, personal care, or wellness brand end-to-end. Shape positioning, portfolio strategy, innovation, communication, launches, and performance across Amazon and brick-and-mortar retail. The role requires hands-on execution, analytical judgment, and cross-functional influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define brand vision, positioning, messaging, and long-term growth strategy
- Translate consumer and category insights into commercially viable priorities
- Lead innovation from concept through commercialization with cross-functional partners
- Manage portfolio additions, deletions, lifecycle decisions, and SKU optimization
- Direct launches across Amazon and mass, drug, grocery, and specialty retail
Requirements:
- 8+ years managing brands in beauty, wellness, personal care, or adjacent CPG
- Proven end-to-end brand ownership from strategy through commercial performance
- Experience managing product innovation through commercialization
- Understanding of Amazon and brick-and-mortar retail execution
- Ability to work onsite in Vaughan four days weekly
