Staff Data Scientist, Growth We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join one of our cross-functional squads at Shakepay. You’ll work closely with engineering and design, while also partnering across marketing, finance, and operations to help us identify growth opportunities and make smarter decisions across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys operating with high autonomy, and can turn ambiguous problems into measurable impact. You’ll combine experimentation, statistical rigor, business intuition, and product thinking to influence how we grow, retain, and better serve millions of Canadians.
