Director of Total Rewards at Xanadu

Lead global compensation initiatives at Xanadu as the Director, Total Rewards. Drive strategic compensation, equity, and benefits programs in preparation for public company readiness. As a key partner to the Chief People Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping our Total Rewards philosophy. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of compensation cycles, executive compensation, and compliance with governance requirements. You will ensure that compensation reflects our competitive talent landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement innovative rewards programs for talent retention
- Oversee executive compensation and governance processes
- Manage equity and long-term incentive programs effectively
- Lead annual compensation processes and salary reviews
- Develop compensation architecture and market benchmarks
- Extensive experience in Total Rewards within a public company
- Expertise in compensation structures in Canada and the United States
- Proficiency with Shareworks and HRIS systems
- Executive presence with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured solutions
