Job summary: The Supervisor is a key member of the Freddy’s management team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring exceptional Guest experiences. This role oversees the successful execution of the Hotline and/or Coldline while leading Team Members through coaching, training, and positive leadership. Supervisors set the standard for Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness by leading by example and creating an efficient, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Team Members while maintaining Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, Cleanliness, and Food Safety.
- Coach, train, and develop Team Members through ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and leading by example.
- Oversee daily operations of the Hotline and/or Coldline, ensuring efficient service, product quality, and Guest satisfaction.
- Manage labor costs, reduce waste, maintain inventory control, and improve operational
- Resolve Guest concerns professionally and effectively while creating positive Guest
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment, and safety
- Foster a positive team environment through motivation, communication, and
- Assist management with achieving operational goals and maintaining company
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience is
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop Team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to
- Excellent problem-solving and Guest service
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and
- Food Safety Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
