Senior ERP Sales Executive - SHEA

Drive new business growth with SHEA as a Senior Sales Executive specializing in SYSPRO ERP. This fully remote role focuses on consultative sales and client engagement across North America. Join the SHEA Syspro Team to lead mid-market ERP sales, engaging with executives on complex technology decisions. As a senior professional, you will drive the full sales cycle, from initial conversation through contract signing, leveraging your expertise in business processes and ERP solutions. Your role includes shaping the sales approach and contributing to future team growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close SYSPRO license and service sales
- Build self-sourced pipeline through networking and referrals
- Lead discovery to understand client pain points and goals
- Translate requirements into a compelling solution vision
- Negotiate favorable contract terms and close profitable deals
- 8+ years in B2B software sales with ERP focus
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of core business processes
- Ability to engage with C-level executives
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
