Mom Support Nanny to care for Newborn Twin Baby Girls!

We are first-time parents of new born twin girls, looking for a part-time nanny (M-F, mornings/afternoons ranging from 20-30 hours per week) to support mom with taking care of our babies and light housekeeping! Mom will be home with you in these hours and she needs help tending to the needs of the baby girls as well keeping our home neat and tidy. We are seeking someone with newborn care experience, a great personality, and a positive helpful attitude to start with us in-late July and potentially stick with us for a couple of years. The job entails helping mom to feed, change, comfort/soothe, watch/care for/look after the babies through the day and also support her with basic housekeeping tasks: keeping kitchen area clean, loading/unloading dishwasher, managing baby's laundry, tidying the nursery, and vacuuming main area, twins' room, and kitchen. We require someone with experience looking after multiple babies (twins and above). And since my first language is English and mom's is Spanish, we would ideally (but not a requirement) like to hire a nanny with that speaks Spanish to ensure our babies learn both languages.
