Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Duties:- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food- Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff- Follow proper food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Skills:- Proven experience as a Line Cook or Brunch cook as required- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures- Understanding of food safety practices- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and teamwork skills
