Key Responsibilities: - Oversee design and construction of production equipment - Facilitate continuous improvement in production processes - Manage contractors for equipment installation and maintenance - Implement engineering oversight for facility infrastructure - Conduct data collection for process improvement
Requirements: - 3-5 years of industrial production experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent - Strong project management and analytical skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Additional certifications in PMP or Six Sigma preferred
