Industrial Maintenance Manager

Lead industrial maintenance for Mauser Packaging Solutions, overseeing equipment reliability, facility infrastructure, and production support. Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The Maintenance Manager oversees industrial equipment, including injection molding machines, auxiliary and printing equipment. This leader manages chillers, compressors, HVAC, packers, strappers, material handling equipment, and outside grounds. Responsibilities include breakdown response, preventive maintenance, CMMS accuracy, budgets, asset risks, safety, projects, and personnel leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Address breakdowns and coordinate component availability, resources, and communicationsManage preventive maintenance performance, schedules, work orders, and recovery plansMaintain CMMS records, maintenance history, and spare parts informationSupervise, schedule, evaluate, and train shift personnelManage maintenance, capital spending, safety initiatives, and improvement projectsRequirements:
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenanceBachelor's degree in engineering or operations management10+ years in automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, or injection moldingLeadership experience managing operations, maintenance, engineering, or improvement teamsFlexible hours and periodic 24-hour availabilityBring industrial maintenance leadership, CMMS expertise, safety focus, and analytical problem-solving to Mauser Packaging Solutions.
