Infrastructure Lead: Hands-On SRE & Kubernetes Coach

BitGo is seeking a player-coach Infrastructure Lead to operate onsite in Toronto or New York City. You will split your time roughly 60% hands-on engineering and 40% leadership, guiding a small team, shaping the infrastructure roadmap, and mentoring engineers.
You’ll drive reliability for critical services, collaborate with security and product, and promote IaC, automation, and incident-response best practices to deliver for regulated and high-stakes environments.
