- Negotiate media campaigns with sales representatives
- Purchase all assigned media based on campaign parameters
- Develop detailed media schedules aligned with objectives
- Prepare and present pre-buy and post-buy reports
- Address billing discrepancies and manage budgets
- Associate level experience in the media industry
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building abilities
