Regional Vice President Equipment Finance Sales

Step into a leadership role as Regional Vice President of Equipment Finance Sales at National Bank in Toronto. Drive sales from the Vendor and Direct Sales channels in a hybrid work environment. In this permanent full-time role, you will spearhead the growth strategy for equipment financing while strengthening vendor and client relationships. Collaborating with various partners, you'll ensure effective risk management and deliver financing solutions. This role emphasizes team leadership and accountability across all sales channels, making a direct impact on revenue and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute integrated regional sales strategies
- Lead efforts in client acquisition and vendor relationships
- Guide sales teams to develop new business opportunities
- Monitor performance and adjust plans as necessary
- Maintain market presence and represent Equipment Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Extensive experience in commercial sales and leadership
- Strong knowledge of equipment financing and credit structuring
- Proven ability to negotiate complex financial opportunities
- Capacity to influence across various business functions
