Bilingual Insurance Sales Advisor

Bilingual English-French insurance sales and customer service work defines this hybrid Montreal opportunity with belairdirect. Advise customers, assess needs, and recommend home and auto coverage.
As a Bilingual Associate, Sales and Customer Service, you will become a trusted advisor for Canadians protecting valued assets. You will answer product questions, promote insurance solutions, and support informed choices. Intact provides three months of training and mentorship toward provincial licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers throughout their insurance coverage decisions
- Answer questions about products and available solutions
- Analyze needs and promote insurance products and services
- Help home and auto customers select coverage
- Support new initiatives and their implementation
Requirements:
- At least one year of similar experience
- English-French bilingualism for regular customer service
- Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills
- Strong computer skills across multiple systems
- Willingness to complete the provincial insurance licensing exam
