Hatch Structural Engineer Opportunity

With the support of Brunel, Hatch seeks a Structural Engineer to enhance its Project Delivery Group. This role combines project oversight with engineering expertise, focusing on both small and large-scale mining projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing calculations, specifications, and reports to support the team and ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers and lead engineers in project execution
- Maintain engineering procedures and compliance with relevant standards
- Review and evaluate work of junior engineers and technicians
- Manage the preparation of proposals and design criteria
- Assist in project scope definitions and reporting
- Civil/structural engineering degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 7 years project engineering experience required
- Registration as a professional engineer or candidate engineer
- Proficient in Staad Pro; knowledge of SAP 2000 is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
