Director, Modular Construction Development

Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc.

Lead business development efforts in modular construction as the Director with Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing based in Etobicoke & Mississauga, Ontario. This permanent role aims at cultivating strategic partnerships in housing. The ideal candidate will leverage over ten years of experience in business development to secure and manage high-value projects across various sectors, including government and institutional markets. Your entrepreneurial spirit and strong negotiation skills will be essential for developing competitive offers that reflect Stelumar’s innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new project leads actively
Represent Stelumar at key industry conferences and associations
Build a strong pipeline of diverse opportunities
Oversee presentations and client interactions throughout sales cycles
Ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams upon signing

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development
Established credentials in real estate or construction
Strong network among developers and government partners
Experience in structuring large deals
Ability to deliver insights on market trends
