Nous recherchons un ingénieur IA pour diriger la conception et la mise en uvre d'une solution visant à convertir une base de code SAS héritée, vaste et diversifiée, vers PySpark. L'architecture cible s'appuie sur des agents IA avec supervision humaine intégrée; une expérience avec les agents de codage est donc fortement souhaitée. Le candidat idéal combine de solides compétences techniques avec un sens des affaires et applique une approche 80/20 en automatisant les conversions de faible complexité et de faible impact afin de réduire l'intervention humaine.
Principales exigences requises :
- Expérience dans l'utilisation et l'extension d'agents de codage IA (p. ex., Claude Code, Codex) ou avec des assistants de codage comme GitHub Copilot
- Solide maîtrise de Python; scripts Bash pour l'automatisation; GitHub pour le contrôle de version et la collaboration
- À l'aise dans un environnement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) avec livraison itérative et travail d'équipe interfonctionnel
- Esprit d'apprentissage continu démontré et volonté d'adopter de nouveaux outils, cadres et meilleures pratiques
Atouts :
- Expérience éprouvée dans la conception, la création et le déploiement d'agents IA dans des applications de production
- Utilisateur avancé quotidien d'agents de codage, avec un fort sens produit et une maîtrise des meilleures pratiques pour leur application efficace dans les flux de développement
- Expérience pratique avec des plateformes de données modernes, notamment Databricks et Snowflake
