Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll provide essential guidance to your team while ensuring the branch meets operational excellence. Engage with customers and handle equipment logistics with a hands-on approach. This leadership role is ideal for candidates with solid management backgrounds in the oilfield services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the branch team and enhance customer service
• Coordinate rental and trucking operations for customers
• Ensure safety compliance and oversee training programs
• Develop sales markets and marketing strategies
• Supervise recruitment and team performance evaluations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in management within the oilfield industry
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
• Class 5 drivers’ license; Class 1 is preferred
• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug testing
• Willingness to support after-hours operations
