Overview
A senior business architect is required to support a large-scale digital health initiative focused on integrating data, improving digital-first practices, and enabling effective program and change management. The role involves driving operational planning, roadmap delivery, and resource planning across multiple cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
- Create and update business architecture artifacts and ensure integration across teams.
- Analyze information, lead workshops, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Design capability models and support business transformation activities.
- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
- Facilitate cross‑functional sessions to support project delivery.
- Provide governance, documentation, and clear communication to senior leaders.
Must‑Have Experience
- 10+ years designing and implementing operating models in complex digital environments.
- 10+ years working in healthcare, public sector, or similar regulated industries.
- Extensive experience collaborating with clinical, product, technical, and leadership teams.
- Strong skills in documentation, facilitation, modeling, and analytical problem‑solving.
Desired Skills
- Experience creating enterprise architecture deliverables and capability models.
- Knowledge of information management, data governance, and business process mapping.
- Experience with business transformation planning and architectural governance.
- Ability to convert business strategy into executable plans and blueprints.
