Voici quelques-unes des missions passionnantes qui vous attendent: Créer et monter des contenus vidéo courts et captivants pour des plateformes telles qu'Instagram Reels et TikTok. Participer à la planification, à la création et à la mise en œuvre de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux de Shark Beauty Canada. Monter des vidéos avec CapCut en respectant les directives de la marque et les meilleures pratiques des réseaux sociaux. Redimensionner et adapter les éléments créatifs pour différents formats et plateformes sociales. Suivre les tendances des réseaux sociaux, les phénomènes viraux et les nouveaux styles de contenu pour nourrir votre créativité. Collaborer avec l'équipe « Réseaux sociaux » sur la génération d'idées, la réalisation de campagnes et le brainstorming créatif. Aider à l'organisation des contenus et répondre aux besoins quotidiens liés aux réseaux sociaux selon les besoins. Contribuer à identifier des opportunités pour optimiser la performance des contenus et améliorer les futures créations. Qualités et compétences clés: Étudiant(e) actuellement inscrit(e) dans un programme de premier ou deuxième cycle universitaire (Bachelor ou Master), ou diplômé(e) depuis moins d'un an. Capacité à occuper un poste à temps plein (37,5 heures par semaine) avec une présence sur site d'au moins 3 jours par semaine à Montréal (Québec, Canada). Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Expérience dans la création et le montage de vidéos courtes pour des plateformes comme Instagram Reels et TikTok. Maîtrise de CapCut. Expérience dans le redimensionnement et l'adaptation de contenus créatifs pour diverses plateformes sociales. Solide compréhension des contenus conçus pour les réseaux sociaux (« social-first »), des tendances actuelles et des meilleures pratiques propres à chaque plateforme. This role: As a Social Sharks Community Manager Co-op, Social Media & Online Engagement, you will be the primary liaison between our brand and our community of customers, followers, and enthusiasts. We are looking for a fluent French & English speaker for this role. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, facilitating discussions, and fostering a positive and supportive environment within our online communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our brand, highly communicative, and adept at building and maintaining relationships. Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do: Create and edit engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. Support the planning, creation, and execution of content across Shark Beauty Canada's social media channels. Edit videos using CapCut while following brand guidelines and social media best practices. Resize and adapt creative assets for multiple social platforms and formats. Stay on top of social media trends, viral moments, and emerging content styles to inspire new creative ideas.
