Als Manager Proces & Kwaliteit speel jij hierin een sleutelrol. Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen niet alleen voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving, maar vooral werkbaar zijn voor de collega's die ermee werken. Je ontwikkelt en borgt ons integrale managementsysteem en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering stevig verankerd zijn in onze organisatie. Daarbij werk je met normeringen zoals ISO 9001, ISO 39001 en het Veiligheidsbeheersysteem (VBS/SMS). Kennis van spoorwegveiligheid is daarbij een belangrijke pré. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat Keolis aantoonbaar in control is en klaar blijft voor de mobiliteitsuitdagingen van morgen .
Dit ga je doen
Je ontwikkelt, beheert en verbetert het integrale managementsysteem van Keolis.
Je vertaalt beleid, normeringen en wet- en regelgeving naar duidelijke processen, procedures en werkinstructies.
Je begeleidt proceseigenaren bij het beheren en verbeteren van hun processen.
Je analyseert data, rapportages en incidenten en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
Je signaleert risico's en zorgt voor passende beheersmaatregelen.
Je bereidt audits en inspecties voor en ondersteunt de organisatie om aantoonbaar 'in control' te zijn.
Je adviseert directie, management en operatie over procesinrichting, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
Dit breng je mee
Hbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfskunde, kwaliteitsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
Ervaring met proces- en kwaliteitsmanagement binnen een operationele omgeving.
Kennis van geïntegreerde managementsystemen en relevante normeringen zoals ISO 9001 en VBS/SMS.
Ervaring met audits, inspecties en werken binnen een gereguleerde omgeving.
Analytisch vermogen gecombineerd met een pragmatische aanpak.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in stakeholdermanagement.
Het vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen en verbeteringen.

Daarnaast bieden wij:
Een salaris volgens schaal 11 van de cao Openbaar Vervoer EUR €6.428 tot en met €7.329
17 ATV-dagen boven op je reguliere verlof.
Verlofregeling volgens de cao OV.
8% vakantiegeld.
Een eindejaarsuitkering van 1,15% van het functieloon vermeerderd met vakantietoeslag, plus een vaste bruto uitkering van € 400,-.
Een variabele beloning tot 8%, afhankelijk van de bedrijfsresultaten.
Een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en invloed.
