Director of Growth Marketing North America

Accelerate customer acquisition as the Director of Growth Marketing at Caseware in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on demand generation strategies across digital platforms to achieve measurable growth. Caseware seeks an experienced leader for its North America marketing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute innovative strategies targeting new business acquisition. Key responsibilities include optimizing the marketing funnel, executing omnichannel campaigns, and closely collaborating with sales and product teams to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:

Own the growth marketing strategy for North America
Execute integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns
Develop ideal customer profiles and key personas
Optimize regional marketing funnels to boost conversions
Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years in B2B marketing focused on growth
Proven success in SaaS or tech markets
Expertise in digital marketing and CRM tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with AI marketing tools is a plus
