RESTAURANT MANAGER (Entry Level)

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Restaurant Manager at Cedars is an entry-level leadership role focused on overseeing smooth front-of-house operations during service periods. This position supports the Assistant General Manager, and General Manager in delivering amazing guest experiences, managing labour efficiently, and supporting our team by fostering a positive, energetic environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with supervisory experience, who is a personable, hands-on hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their early management career.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee front-of-house operations during service periods
- Support the AGM, GM and Chef in maintaining service quality standards and team performance
- Lead by example to foster a positive, energetic dining atmosphere
- Assist with labour management and floor coverage adjustments
- Provide coaching, feedback and support
- Address guest concerns and ensure recovery and satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience or junior manager experience
- Warm, professional personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm and confident in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior leaders.
- Flexible availability
