We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a busy manufacturing operation in St. Thomas. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical, mechanical, automation, and troubleshooting skills . Experience with stamping, robotics, assembly, or automotive manufacturing is a strong asset.

Pay Rate: $30.14–$40.00+/hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment
- Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and automated systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
- Read electrical schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs
- Support equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and automation
- Robotics, stamping, assembly, or automotive experience is an asset
- 442A Industrial Electrician license is a strong asset
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
