- Proactively manage delivery risks across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7–10 years in technology delivery/program execution
- Knowledge of Agile and lean delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with GenAI and collaboration tools
