Transformative Library Leader in Technology and Digital Programs

Transform library services as a Library Technology and Information Leader. Manage technological resources, enhance digital offerings, and drive operational excellence for user-centered services.
This essential position plans and supervises all technology activities within the library environment. You will spearhead the development of innovative service programs and work collaboratively with your team to improve community access to resources and engagement with technology. Your role will influence operational, administrative, and budgetary functions across the library.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise library technology and service operations
• Lead digital resource development initiatives
• Enhance staff training on technological tools
• Foster community partnerships for innovative projects
• Collaborate on operational budget planning
Requirements:
• Master's in Library and Information Science required
• 3 years in a similar supervisory role
• Understanding of library technology trends
• Familiarity with digital creation labs is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
