This role will serve as the technical authority responsible for architecture, design, governance, and delivery excellence of Boomi-based integrations. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & DesignLead the end-to-end technical design and execution of SAP PO/PI to Boomi migration programsDefine enterprise-grade integration architecture, patterns, and best practices within BoomiAnalyze existing SAP PO interfaces (IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, JMS, file-based) and design optimized Boomi solutionsDrive interface rationalization, simplification, and reusability during migration effortsDevelopment & DeliveryOwn Boomi process development, including workflows, connectors, mappings, profiles, and exception handlingDesign and implement reusable frameworks for logging, monitoring, alerting, and error managementEnsure high-quality delivery through design reviews, code reviews, and development standardsLead performance tuning, scalability planning, and high-availability architectureGovernance & OperationsEstablish and enforce integration governance, security, and compliance standardsManage deployments across environments using Boomi Atom Management and CI/CD practicesOversee production support readiness, monitoring, and troubleshootingSupport cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-production stabilizationStakeholder & Team LeadershipAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing technical leadership, risk mitigation, and solution recommendationsCollaborate with SAP functional, middleware, security, and infrastructure teamsMentor and guide Boomi developers and integration engineersContribute to RFPs, solution estimation, and technical proposalsRequired Skills10+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies4+ years of hands-on Boomi experience in a lead or architect capacityProven experience migrating SAP PO/PI integrations to cloud-based iPaaS platforms (Boomi preferred)Technical ExpertiseStrong SAP integration knowledge, including:IDocs, BAPIs, RFCsSAP ECC and/or S/4HANA integration patternsDeep experience with:REST, SOAP, APIsXML, JSON, XSLT transformationsHands-on experience with Boomi connectors (SAP, REST, Database, FTP, Web Services, etc.)Strong understanding of:Integration patterns and orchestrationMessage transformation and exception handlingHybrid and cloud integration architecturesSecurity & OperationsExperience implementing secure integrations (OAuth, certificates, encryption, authentication/authorization)Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in production environmentsLeadership SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead teams in complex, multi-system enterprise environmentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in integrationPrior consulting or client-facing experienceWork EnvironmentLocation: Calgary, ABOnsite/Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the client's office.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,751 - $165,984 CAD.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
