Dabei kombinierst du Entwicklungsarbeit mit technischem Verständnis für Fertigung, Machbarkeit und industrielle Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben als Senior Product Engineer
Technische Kundenberatung: Zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner für anspruchsvolle Kunden in Hightech Zukunftsbranchen.
Angebotsbewertung: Bewertung neuer und komplexer Kundenanfragen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit und wirtschaftlicher Umsetzbarkeit.
Produktentwicklung: Technische Betreuung von der Entwurfs- und Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife.
Fertigungsstrategie: Entwicklung wirtschaftlich und technisch optimaler Fertigungsstrategien inklusive Make or Buy Entscheidungen.
Schnittstellenmanagement: Steuerung der technischen Abstimmung zwischen Vertrieb, Produktion, Einkauf, Quality, Research und Development.
Produktverantwortung: Übernahme der finalen technischen Verantwortung für komplexe Produkte und Baugruppen.
Stakeholderkoordination: Koordination interner und externer technischer Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung fundierter Entscheidungen.
Dein Profil
Technische Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, beispielsweise HTL, FH oder TU.
Engineering Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Entwicklungskonstruktion, Produktentwicklung oder im Sondermaschinen beziehungsweise Anlagenbau.
Fertigungsverständnis: Praxis in Konstruktion, Fertigung oder Fügetechnik mit sicherem Verständnis für Toleranzen und technische Machbarkeit.
Projektkompetenz: Erfahrung in Projektleitung oder technischer Führung interdisziplinärer Teams.
System Knowhow: Sehr gute CAD Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit PDM, PLM oder ERP Systemen.
Analytische Stärke: Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem logischem Denkvermögen.
Persönlichkeit: Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Hands-On Mentalität und sicheres Auftreten als technische Schnittstelle.
Sprachkompetenz: Deutsch und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau.
