Embedded System Software Developer

Job Responsibility:

Responsibility: Work with our hardware and mechanical design team to design and develop various embedded computer vision systems for industrial and commercial use.

Skills:

• 3-5 years Object Oriented software development experience. Experience with python is a plus.
• Experience and/or passion in embedded or real-time industrial control software application
• Experience working with computer vision software and libraries (opencv, picamera, ffmpeg, gstreamer)
• Good working knowledge of operating systems (experience with Docker a bonus)
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and socket/serial communication,

• Passion for product engineering and product development
• Passion for automotive or industrial machine vision and precision measurement devices
• You work well on cross-functional teams with excellent oral and written skills that can communicate your decision-making rationale
• Outstanding team player with initiative, ownership, and accountability
• A track record of driving projects to completion
• Action and, goal-oriented and results-driven approach to work
• A self-learner who likes to stay current with the latest technology
