If the answer is yes, we are looking for you! Become an important part of our agile team as a Full-stack Developer and help the City of Kelowna create the digital city of the future. As a Full-stack Developer , you will: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft.NET and Azure to modernize city systems and improve citizen services
• Integrate and enhance enterprise systems such as the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Revenue and Asset Management Systems
• Transform digital processes with a focus on automation and reuse
• Stay up to date with current trends and technologies, keeping the City at the forefront of innovation
• Drive adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform, establishing standards and best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions across departments
• Work in an Agile team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that align with the City’s strategic goals for operational efficiency and innovation

Qualifications

• A four-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years’ experience with .NET and Azure
• Proven cloud expertise in Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Extensive experience with the Power Platform
• Familiarity with microservices and modular architecture to support integrated solutions
• Strong understanding of IoT, RPA, and automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices for streamlined solution delivery.
